Codon Scrambler optimizes the nucleotide sequence of a repetitive protein for a repeated motif with a number of repeats, and returns an email containing the nucleotide sequence, objective value, and time for optimization. The optional forbidden sequences provide a list of nucleotide sequences that should not appear in the final sequence. When left unchecked, the default is no forbidden sequences.
